Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong Java development experience including Java 21 and JSP.
• Strong Oracle database development experience including PL/SQL stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Experience with Angular React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience developing ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain enterprise applications supporting investment accounting and client reporting platforms.
• Build and enhance Java-based applications utilizing Java 21 JSP and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions including complex SQL development stored procedures performance tuning and data integrations.
• Design and support ETL processes utilizing Perl scripting with future migration initiatives toward Python.
• Integrate data from custodians and downstream financial systems.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using BIRT Reporting.
• Participate in Agile development practices utilizing Scaled Agile methodologies and two-week sprint cycles.
• Support ongoing modernization initiatives including Java and Oracle platform upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams and utilize automated regression testing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with application support teams on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to AI-enabled automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend deployments related to major application releases.
