Full Stack Application Developer

• Build and maintain internal operator-facing applications that power a digital media supply chain.
• Develop services and applications that support original content across TV and other digital platforms.
• Design implement and own full-stack features with an emphasis on backend systems.
• Partner closely with the operators and stakeholders who use the tools you build and meeting directly with end users to ensure usability and impact.
• Collaborate with a senior engineering team in a fast-moving high-ownership environment.
• Contribute to automation and tooling as a core part of the software lifecycle.

• 5-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Must have experience designing and building production-grade applications and services.
• Deep expertise as a full stack engineer with a backend-leaning skillset with
  • Strong backend development experience with Java.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot debug and resolve complex issues.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
• Solid database experience (Postgres preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating closely with non-engineering partners.

• Domain experience in digital media original content or digital supply chains.
• Experience building internal tools or operator-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with media formats workflows or media supply chain systems
• Experience querying or working with search engines (e.g. OpenSearch SOLR)
• History of long-term impact in previous roles (e.g. 4 years at a company avoiding frequent job hopping)
