DKZ Kinder Academy is seeking a passionate energetic and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our outstanding team! If you love working with young children and are passionate about helping them build the academic and social skills needed for kindergarten success we would love to meet you.

DKZ Kinder Academy is a preschool-only program dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education with a strong emphasis on academic success emergent literacy and kindergarten readiness in a fun engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Follow and implement daily lesson plans provided by the school.
• Lead engaging classroom activities that promote learning through play and hands-on experiences.
• Teach preschool-aged children early literacy math science social studies and social-emotional skills.
• Create a positive safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Encourage curiosity confidence creativity and a love of learning.
• Communicate professionally with families and fellow team members.
• Maintain classroom organization and uphold all licensing and school policies.

Schedule & Benefits

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation practices
• A passion for early childhood education and kindergarten readiness.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Dependable positive and a team player.
• Ability to create an engaging and encouraging learning environment.
