As a 503B Fulfillment Technician you will be an integral part of our operations ensuring that hormone pellets are shipped and received with the utmost care and accuracy. You will maintain compliance with FDA regulations track shipments and ensure that all materials are handled according to safety protocols.
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments ensuring all products are received inspected and documented per regulatory standards.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels record inventory transactions and perform regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict protocols to ensure products meet quality standards including checking for damages expiration dates and labeling accuracy.
- Maintain clear accurate records of all shipments to ensure compliance with 503B guidelines and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient fulfillment operations and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures cGMP and all relevant FDA regulatory guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in fulfillment shipping/receiving or pharmaceutical compounding is highly desirable.
- Must have no prior felonies or misdemeanors related to controlled substances.
- Ability to pass initial and ongoing drug screenings.
