Job Summary

Position: Fulfillment Associate
Work Location: South San Francisco CA 94080
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dress Code: Pants Plain Shirt Closed toe shoes (no shorts or sleeveless shirts)
Job Description:
aOrder Fulfillment & Inventory Management
  • Accurately pick pack and process customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Operate warehouse systems and handheld scanners to manage inventory and track order movement.
  • Receive and properly store incoming shipments ensuring accurate stock placement.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and stock integrity.
Warehouse Systems & Process Support
  • Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to update inventory and process orders efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate inventory or system discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to standardized procedures and workflows to support consistency and minimize errors.
Efficiency & Urgency
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Stay focused and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement teamwork and operational excellence.
Safety & Workplace Organization
  • Keep work areas clean organized and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques.
  • Immediately report any damaged goods equipment issues or workplace hazards.
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable using technology including scanners and warehouse software.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
