Summary:
- Apply seal fillet fay cap seal brush coat scotch cast leveling compound and aerodynamic seal for major assemblies sub-assemblies precision bench and integral fuel cell.
- Work from drawings documents process specifications quality control requirements and established processes.
- Perform pressure testing and complete required data gathering transactions for sealer progression.
- Perform pickup rework fabrication change incorporation functional testing or check during or after final seal progression.
- Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments.
- Document discrepancies according to specification process and procedure.
- Temporarily attach parts and assemblies install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking.
- Apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components (Integral Fuel Cell Sealing).
- Perform major assembly large structure sealing and aerodynamic sealing.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
- Experience with sealing compounds for integral fuel cell and wing section components.
- Ability to work from blueprints changes specifications work orders and quality requirements.
- Experience with pressure testing and sealing progression data transactions.
- Experience with pickup rework fabrication change incorporation and functional testing of sealed components.
- Ability to use measuring instruments for work assignments.
- Experience documenting discrepancies per specifications and procedures.
- Experience temporarily attaching parts assemblies and installing collars and hardware.
- Experience with major assembly large structure sealing and aerodynamic seal.
- Ability to train coach and assist employees in manufacturing process.
