Job Summary
Asset Protection Associate
As a leader in the retail grocery industry we are committed to feeding all the important moments in our customers lives. We are seeking an Asset Protection Associate responsible for ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for customers maintaining a safe workplace for associates and protecting company assets to support the continued success and profitability of the store.
What we ask of you:
- Investigate incidents involving the loss of assets including merchandise cash and property
- Prevent loss and minimize shrink through active monitoring surveillance and other loss prevention strategies
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for assigned store locations
- Monitor and execute shrink reduction initiatives and programs
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail operations customer service or loss prevention/asset protection
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed accurate reports
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all investigation-related matters
- High school diploma or GED required
