Asset Protection Associate

We are seeking an Asset Protection Associate responsible for ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for customers maintaining a safe workplace for associates and protecting company assets to support the continued success and profitability of the store.

What we ask of you:

• Investigate incidents involving the loss of assets including merchandise cash and property
• Prevent loss and minimize shrink through active monitoring surveillance and other loss prevention strategies
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for assigned store locations
• Monitor and execute shrink reduction initiatives and programs

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of one year of experience in retail operations customer service or loss prevention/asset protection
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed accurate reports
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all investigation-related matters
• High school diploma or GED required
