FT Assistant Manager Customer Service

Energetic individual needed to manage customer service on the Front End. Operate the Front End according to Front End Standard Practice and in compliance with policies security measures and regulations. Train and develop Office assistants and cashiers. The Assistant Customer Service Manager serves as a model for great customer service and instills this value in all associates. The ACSM (Assistant Customer Service Manager) ensures all offfice functions are completed accurately and on the absence of the Customer Service Manager supervise the performance of all duties and resposibilities of all Front End Associates.

The Assistant Customer Sevice Manager is responsible for all cash research and communicates all variences to the Customer Service manager. The ACSM will assist the CSM (Customer Service Manager) in creating weekly schedules.

The ACSM must be able to work most Sundays and a minimum of three mid shifts a week. Must be able to stand 100% of the time. They must be able to retieve carts.
