This is a full-time onsite position (M-F 1st shift) based at our Zebulon NC location. This role is part of our Functional Service Provider (FSP) model.
Essential Functions:
Familiarity with receipt and verification practices including inventory management.
Pick check and ship clinical trial material using multiple logistics computer-based systems.
Comply with SOPS GMP GDP OSHA IATA and local site requirements. Prepare cold chain shipments to ensure usable product upon delivery.
Face to face interaction with customers and suppliers throughout the supply chain.
Assist in the implementation of improvements in quality productivity regulatory compliance cost effectiveness and safety.
Deliver high-quality CTM shipments.
Performs activities in receipt storage and shipping functions and preparation of input materials for secondary packaging operations.
Participate in the training of shipping staff on procedures equipment operation and SOPS.
Participates in training and adherence to international and dangerous goods material shipping requirements as required.
Demonstrate collaborative interpersonal skills with others across functional lines.
Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalency
Shipping background (0-1 years)
Forklift certification preferred not required)
