SUMMARY

• The Facility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the general upkeep safety and functionality of the manufacturing facility and its support systems. This role coordinates facility-related services manages contractors and service providers ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Facility Coordinator works closely with the Maintenance Manager Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and other departments to support a safe efficient and well-maintained workplace.

• Proactively support all Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and policies.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs including HVAC lighting air compressors plumbing cranes water treatment chillers camera systems fire emergency systems and other building infrastructure.
• Schedule and oversee work performed by external contractors and service providers.
• Manage facility inspections compliance checks and regulatory documentation.
• Support planning and execution of facility upgrades renovations and shutdowns.
• Maintain records of facility assets warranties and service agreements.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate facility status issues and improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Manager and team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Field Branch Shop & Plant Positions: This position operates in an industrial/field environment. The role requires working in and around manufacturing equipment heavy machinery and potentially hazardous materials. While performing the duties of this job the employee:
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Bend stoop kneel and reach
• Work in confined spaces when required
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools
• Perform repetitive movements

• Field Branch Shop & Plant Positions: This position operates in an industrial/field environment. The role requires working in and around manufacturing equipment heavy machinery and potentially hazardous materials. While performing the duties of this job the employee:
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions
• Exposure to loud noise levels requiring hearing protection
• Work in high places and confined spaces
• Exposure to dust fumes and chemicals
• Work around moving mechanical parts
• Work in hot and cold temperatures
