Role Details
We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst/Consultant to serve as a key partner between business and technology teams. The successful candidate will bring expertise in one or more anti-fraud areasIdentity and Verification (ID&V) fraud detection investigations or case managementwithin credit cards commercial payments or wealth management. The candidate will help leading financial institutions analyze business and system needs and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 58 years of financial services experience in credit cards commercial payments or wealth management
- Experience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programs
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile delivery with experience partnering with business teams to elicit and document functional requirements
- Work directly with financial services clients to understand their business objectives
- Plan and facilitate workshops for assigned projects
- Work closely with engineers and testers to deliver agreed project outcomes
- Adapt to changing client needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze systems business processes data models workflows and integrations
- Prepare functional specifications user stories acceptance criteria process flows data mappings and UAT test cases and support
- Travel as needed based on project requirements
Working Model: The candidate is expected to work from an Infosys or client office three days per week.
Primary Location: Irving Texas or Jacksonville Florida
