The Fruit Inspector & Administrative Support role ensures raw fruit is inspected tested and graded to Tree Top standards with accurate records that keep receiving moving. Youll document results communicate fruit condition and receiving status to internal partners and complete receiving paperwork from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting and grading incoming fruit; performing basic analytical/lab checks
- Entering timely accurate data in designated systems (including M3)
- Processing filing and reconciling receiving documents (fruit tickets invoicing distribution orders)
- Coordinating with receiving QA procurement planning dispatch and plant teams

Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math and recordkeeping accuracy
- Clear written communication; attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn systems and standards
- Agricultural/fruit variety experience preferred

Pay Information: Salary Range: $22.74/hr. to $31.82/hr.

Target Starting Range: $24.00-$26.00/hr.

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this positions grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors such as experience and if applicable location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
