What You Will Do
- Design and implement high-performance web applications using JavaScript TypeScript and NodeJS.
- Lead architectural discussions to optimize the bundling and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices in frontend development.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance product offerings and team efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 8 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proven experience with modern frameworks like React and backend technologies such as NodeJS.
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable web applications and optimize frontend workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric solutions.
Preferred
- Experience with WebAssembly and its applications in frontend development.

Compensation and Benefits
