Front Office Representative Medical Practice (Bilingual)
Our client is seeking a full-time Front Office Representative to join our Naples location. This position plays an important role in creating exceptional patient experience by assisting with check-in check-out scheduling phone communication and overall front office operations.
The Position
The Front Office Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and helps ensure a smooth and positive healthcare experience. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service and patient confidentiality.
Location: Lakeland Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Starting Pay: $17.00 to $19 per hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities
Welcome and greet patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
Perform patient check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions.
Collect co-payments and update patient information.
Assist patients with forms and required documentation.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Utilize computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
Provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Experience with computer systems including Word Outlook and healthcare software.
EMR/EHR experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
Previous healthcare front office or customer service experience preferred.
