Front of House Team Member

Were looking for Front of House Team Members to join our team across our Round Rock Arbor Lakeline and Brodie locations. As a Front of House Team Member youll be one of the welcoming faces of Fire Bowl Café interacting directly with guests and helping create a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Our FOH team members are cross-trained in multiple positions including Food Runner Cashier and Expo giving you the opportunity to learn different areas of the restaurant while working closely with your teammates.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting and assisting customers answering menu questions and creating a positive dining experience.
  
• Work across Front of House positions including Food Runner Cashier and Expo while maintaining accurate and timely service.
  
• Maintain a clean organized and safe environment by following restaurant procedures food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  
• Support smooth restaurant operations by responding to changing customer volume working with urgency during busy periods and helping teammates with tasks as needed.
  
• Work effectively as part of a team maintaining positive relationships with guests and coworkers and communicating clearly with restaurant personnel.
  
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while performing assigned duties and supporting the overall success of the restaurant.
  

Job Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age; previous restaurant customer service retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and positively with guests and coworkers.
  
• Team-oriented and dependable with a willingness to assist teammates and contribute wherever needed.
  
• Ability to learn and understand the menu follow instructions and adhere to restaurant food safety and sanitation standards.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment remain on your feet while working and adapt to changing customer volume with a sense of urgency.
  
• Willingness to be cross-trained in all Front of House positions.
  
• Flexible availability including day or night shifts weekends and holidays.
  
• Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain one.
  

Schedule & Locations

• This is a part-time position with all shifts available including day and night shifts. Restaurant operating hours are approximately 10:00 AM9:30 PM. Weekend availability is required.
