Front DeskPatient Care Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in the Dental field. This is a Full-Time position with competitive pay and great benefits! This position is required the availability to float between all four offices as needed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual a plus).

• Knowledge of dental terminology procedures and insurance processes is beneficial.

• Ability to multitask stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work in multiple office locations (South Burlington Essex Burlington and Shelburne).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and forms.

• Manage scheduling calls emails and insurance updates.

• Ensure smooth patient flow and communication with schedulers and clinicians.

• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments.

• Provide excellent customer service while upholding privacy.

• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.

• Perform other duties as needed.
