Provide accurate information and customer service support
Assist with mail distribution supply organization and light clerical duties
Maintain a clean professional and welcoming front office
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college or university
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using phone systems and basic office software
Reliable and punctual
Preferred Skills
Previous front desk receptionist or customer service experience
Familiarity with scheduling or visitor management software
Coursework in business hospitality or communications
