Front Desk Sales Associate – Hourly + Commission

Front Desk Coordinator Full Time/Part Time

Position Summary
This is a sales-driven position. Every patient interaction is an opportunity to educate recommend care plans and help patients improve their health. Were looking for someone who is confident starting conversations enjoys helping people and is motivated by achieving goals and earning commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients by confidently recommending wellness plans memberships and care packages.
• Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales goals through patient education and exceptional customer service.
• Greet check in and engage every patient creating a warm welcoming and professional first impression.
• Manage the daily flow of patients to ensure an organized and efficient clinic experience.
• Answer phone calls schedule appointments and assist patients with questions and membership needs.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean organized front desk and clinic environment
• Work closely with chiropractors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• Naturally outgoing and enjoys talking to people.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and recommending memberships.
• Motivated by goals bonuses and commission.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Retail hospitality fitness or sales experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
• Strong phone computer and multitasking skills
• Energetic motivated and confident in a goal-driven environment
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus

Schedule

Weekend availability is required and is not optional. Applicants must be available to work full-day shifts (10:00 AM7:00 PM) and have open availability to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled.

Compensation and Benefits

• $15 per hour depending on experience
