Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and employees. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service manage administrative tasks and ensure the front office operates efficiently.

Pay Rate: $17/hr.

Shift: AM

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls.

Manage appointments schedules and meeting room bookings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with data entry filing and other administrative duties.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as needed.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Support other departments with clerical tasks and projects.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a receptionist front desk or customer service role preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
