Front Desk Receptionist- Pediatric Therapy Clinic

Established in 2002 Childrens Therapy Services is locally owned located in Overland Park Kansas and now in Mission Kansas. Childrens Therapy Services has provided speech and language therapy occupational therapy developmental and behavioral therapy sensory therapy social skills instruction early reading skills dyslexia intervention parent education and Autism and ADHD evaluations to thousands of families in the Kansas City Metro.

Childrens Therapy Services is looking for a full time office administration assistant

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing all front desk tasks involving scheduling answering parent calls and greeting families.
• Interpreting EMR system and taking payments from families.
• Marketing including sending birthday cards to families and letters to doctors
• Organization and basic cleaningof clinic
• Helping therapists as needed with materials and clients

Qualificationsinclude:

• Positive attitude and energy- ability to make adults and kids around you happy
• Ability to multitask
• Intermediate computer skills
• Personable and able to communicate well with families and therapists
• Ability to drive
• Proven ability to learn new tasks and computer programsquickly
• Punctual and able to meet timelines
• Willingness to adapt and help as needed

This position is full time in person Monday- Thurs 8-5 and Friday 8-12. This position would be located at our Overland Park office at 7000 W 121st St.

Starting rate is $19 per hour with benefits available.
