Step into a key role at our growing HealthSource Chiropractic clinic as the first point of contact for every patient; and the person who helps guide them through their journey to better health.
This is not a traditional front desk job. Youll be the face of the clinic a trusted guide for patients and a critical part of helping people commit to and stay on their care plans while supporting the growth of a thriving practice.

- Quarterly performance bonus up to $7500 per quarter ($30000/year)

Your Mission
You are the hub of the patient experiencefrom first call to completed care plan.
- Welcome every patient with warmth professionalism and confidence
- Answer phones schedule appointments and manage the daily flow of the clinic
- Conduct financial consultations and present care plans to new patients
- Help patients understand their treatment options and commit to care
- Support patient retention and visit plan compliance
- Handle payments insurance verification and collections accurately
- Maintain a smooth organized and positive front office environment
- Support clinic marketing and community outreach efforts
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in customer service medical office chiropractic dental or high-end retail/hospitality
- Strong communication skills and natural confidence with people
- Comfortable discussing finances and guiding decision-making conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-comfortable with scheduling systems and office tools
- Team player who takes ownership and thrives on results
