Job Summary
Beloform Craft is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service managing administrative tasks and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Manage appointments meeting schedules and conference room bookings.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and office correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks data entry filing and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations.
- Provide information and assistance to clients guests and employees as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and report inventory needs.
