Responsibilities
Provide welcoming organized front-desk and reception support
Support showroom/store operations and daily workflow
Enter and maintain accurate customer order records
Assist with returns exchanges and issue resolution
Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Learn internal platforms and service workflows quickly
Provide flexible backup support across departments
Maintain proactive communication with customers and teams
Support additional administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
Prior customer service admin or retail experience preferred
Strong verbal written phone and email communication
English fluency required; Spanish a plus
Detail-oriented with strong time management
Positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented and reliable
Comfortable learning new systems quickly
