Whitley Penn a leading CPA and Consulting firm is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Austin. The Front Desk Coordinator performs general and administrative tasks to ensure the successful daily operations of the office. The expected hours for the position are 8:00am 5:00pm with additional hours as required Monday to Friday.

Position Details:
Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Classification: Full-time; non-exempt
Department: Administration
Location: Austin (Westlake)
Office Expectations/Hours: Fully in-office position; general work schedule is Monday Friday 8 hours/day between 8:00am to 5:00pm with overtime as needed.
What You Will Do
- Greet clients and guests professionally and cheerfully
- Manage and direct incoming calls
- Maintain conference room neatness and general office organization
- Monitor conference room schedule and assist with scheduling and room preparation as needed
- Coordinate outgoing FedEx and courier packages
- Inter-office mail preparation and documentation management
- Assist with incoming/outgoing mail
- Notify the office manager when mailroom & front office supplies are needed
- Set-up/clean-up lunch for working lunch meetings
- Miscellaneous copying and faxing
- Assist the office manager in planning office events and co-lead our fun committee
- Assist with special projects and other various duties as assigned
What You Need to Get Here
- Minimum 2 years of experience with front office/administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel; PowerPoint is a plus.
- Must be organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude
- Must be punctual prompt dependable and reliable
- Outstanding work ethic
