This is a full-time position ideal for a highly organised and customer-focused individual dedicated to providing an exceptional front-of-house experience. The offered compensation for this role is $21.47 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
As our Front Desk Clerk you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your main duties will include:
* Greeting clients visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Managing all incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
* Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room calendars.
* Ensuring the reception area is tidy presentable and equipped with all necessary stationery and materials.
* Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
* Performing other clerical duties such as filing photocopying and data entry.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Desk Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone demeanour.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
* A personable and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
* The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Previous experience in a professional services or financial environment is desirable but not essential.
