- Answer and direct incoming phone calls emails and inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage student check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize front desk records enrollment paperwork and administrative files
- Support center directors and staff with scheduling communications and daily operations
- Handle tuition payments receipts and basic billing transactions
- Ensure the front lobby and reception area remain clean organized and welcoming
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior front desk receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced child-centered environment
- Warm professional demeanor with a passion for working around children and families
- Must pass required background checks per state childcare regulations
