• Warmly greet and check in guests with a smile ensuring smooth and efficient arrivals and departures
• Handle reservations phone inquiries and guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
• Provide local recommendations and assist guests in making their stay unforgettable
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Keep the front desk area neat organized and inviting

• Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
• Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation systems
• A passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences
• Availability to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
