About the Role

Front Desk Agents are the face of the hotel and the heartbeat of the guest experience. Youll create strong first impressions support guests throughout their stay and help extended-stay travelers feel truly at home.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for guest questions requests and concerns
  • Supporting extended-stay guests with packages local recommendations and on-site amenities
  • Managing reservations changes and future bookings using Hilton systems
  • Resolving guest concerns professionally and escalating when appropriate
  • Coordinating with Housekeeping Maintenance and leadership to ensure guest needs are met
  • Maintaining lobby cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Upholding brand safety and confidentiality standards at all times
