Our front desk team is not just the first and last point of contact for our guests; we are the warm welcome and the heartfelt farewell. We play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated

during their stay.

Shifts Available:

Options for part-time and full-time schedules are available. Hiring for 3PM 11PM shift and weekend availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and register guests upon their arrival making them feel at home.
• Be attentive to special requests and do our best to accommodate them.
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with care adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate room status and tracking always keeping our guests needs at heart.
• Provide insightful information about room types rates and resort amenities to guide our guests in making informed choices.
• Offer options and alternatives to ensure every guests needs are met.
• Ensure the security of guest room keys with a focus on trust and safety.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• A positive Guest First attitude fueled by a true passion for customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage the busy pace of the front desk.
• A friendly professional and enthusiastic demeanor that uplifts everyones spirits.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not necessary.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone as its an important part of connecting with our guests.
