Job Summary
We are seeking experienced conference interpreters located in or within a commutable distance of Philadelphia PA.
This assignment will involve both:
Simultaneous interpretation during formal presentations
Consecutive interpretation for informal discussions and interactive sessions
Provide accurate real-time interpretation in both simultaneous and consecutive settings
Facilitate clear communication between participants during presentations and group discussions
Maintain cultural sensitivity and confidentiality throughout the engagement
Prior experience in conference or professional interpreting
Strong proficiency in relevant language pairs (please specify when applying)
Background or familiarity with one or more of the following fields:
Anthropology
Linguistics
Digital scholarship
Native American and Indigenous Studies
Library or archival sciences
