Position Overview:

Freedom Boat Club is the nations oldest and largest private member boat club with locations both nationally and internationally. We are currently seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Systems Support Coordinator to join our Member Experience Center team. This role supports multiple internal platforms and provides technical and operational assistance to franchise owners corporate staff and internal users ensuring system accuracy consistency and performance across a wide range of business systems.

The Systems Support Coordinator is a system-oriented support role that is not member-facing but is critical to smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include front-end and back-end support ticketing data validation and multi-system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism in all communications and works independently to resolve issues manage tasks and drive process improvements.

This position reports to the Manager of Reservations and requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide multisystem support for staff and franchise teams including account assistance troubleshooting and general system guidance
  • Review and reconcile data inconsistencies across platforms; escalate issues as needed
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of tickets requests and projects
  • Deliver noninitial system training job aids and resource materials to staff and franchise operators
  • Update templates for member welcome emails and texts
  • Create new user profiles reset passwords and confirm user details
  • Assist with reservation creation confirmation and issue resolution (Home and Reciprocal)
  • Support updates to staff or franchise account records reservations payments and operational data
  • Evaluate work submitted by franchise teams for accuracy and provide process guidance when needed
  • Process membership contract inbox requests for new memberships holds suspensions cancellations
  • Perform manual data entry and ensure system accuracy
  • Assist with fleet changes including vessel out of service in service retired and transfers
  • Communicate with stakeholders to track ticket statuses

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional customer service experience (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience with data entry systems administration or operational support
  • Team player with camaraderie culture attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow or similar)
  • Experience working with franchise networks or multi-location operations

Working Conditions

  • This is a fully remote position
  • Member Experience Center operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PMEastern Time
  • Full-time role:40 hoursper week Monday through Friday with occasional holiday coverage as needed.

Theanticipatedpay range for this position is $43680.00 - $45760.00 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
