Role Overview

Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule a diverse case mix and the opportunity to work within a modern efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $425000 annually

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40000 with 2-year commitment

PRN/Extra shifts: $275/hour

Paid Time Off: 8 weeks annually Inova Fran...t 05.04.26 PDF

Standard daytime schedule (ASC setting)

No call nights weekends or holidays.

Opportunity for additional shifts for supplemental income

High-volume ambulatory surgery center with 67 operating rooms daily
