THE ROLE:
The Senior FP&A Analyst supports the financial planning analysis and reporting functions for the Disability Services division. This role partners closely with Finance and operational leaders to drive budgeting forecasting financial modeling and performance analysis that support strategic decision-making. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in strengthening planning processes improving financial visibility and providing actionable insights that help the organization scale efficiently while maintaining financial discipline.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting forecasting scenario planning and strategic decision-making across the organization
- Analyze financial performance operating expenses revenue drivers and key business metrics to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support OPEX planning and expense management by partnering with department leaders to monitor spending evaluate variances and maintain forecasting accuracy
- Contribute to monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes including variance analysis management reporting and executive-level presentations
- Assist in building scalable FP&A processes governance frameworks and planning methodologies that support organizational growth and operational rigor
- Partner with Business Intelligence and operational teams to ensure reporting consistency data accuracy and alignment of financial and operational metrics
- Support the evaluation of business initiatives investments and strategic projects through financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration
This is a hybrid position coming into the El Segundo office 1x per week.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field
- 46 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance investment banking management consulting or a similarly analytical environment
- Strong financial modeling experience with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models independently
- Advanced Excel proficiency including financial modeling pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with financial reporting budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Experience with Power BI Tableau NetSuite or similar business intelligence and ERP platforms preferred
- Healthcare home care disability services or related industry experience preferred
