FP&A Manager, Reporting & Consolidation

Job Summary:The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning analysis and decision-support initiatives within the organization. This role will work closely and collaboratively with various departments providing insights that support strategic business decisions and optimize financial performance. This is a critical role to ArchWell Healths growth and development and the FP&A Managers contributions will be key to the organizations collective Planning and Forecasting:Lead the development consolidation and analysis of the companys annual budget and quarterly with department heads to understand key business drivers and assumptions ensuring alignment with strategic and present comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses to senior management and key Modeling and Analysis:Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes including scenario planning sensitivity analysis and investment historical financial data and industry trends to identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost ad hoc financial analyses to support special projects strategic initiatives and investment Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess business performance and identify areas of with operational teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations for performance enhancement and risk in the development of executive-level dashboards and reporting tools to track financial and operational performance against Decision Support:Provide decision support to senior management and business leaders by synthesizing complex financial information into actionable insights and potential strategic initiatives acquisitions and investments through financial analysis due diligence and business case the strategic planning process by providing financial guidance and analysis to facilitate long-term growth and profitability -Functional Collaboration:Collaborate cross-functionally with finance accounting operations and other departments to streamline processes improve data accuracy and enhance financial reporting as a trusted advisor to business partners offering financial expertise insights and support to facilitate informed decision-making and drive business Skills/Abilities:Strong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and variance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software (e.g. Adaptive Insights Hyperion etc.).Solid understanding of accounting principles financial statements and key performance analytical problem-solving and critical thinking to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial track record of working effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive working relationships at all levels of the Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field required; MBA or advanced degree years of relevant experience required including 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis preferably within the healthcare industry or related and serves as a role model of ArchWell Healths Values:Be compassionateStrive for excellenceEarn trustShow respectStay resilientAlways do the right thingAbout ArchWell Health:At ArchWell Health were creating a community of caring designed to help our members stay healthy and engaged.
