TOPS is headquartered in Naperville IL with employees and locations across North is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role will partner closely with plant managers operations leaders and senior finance teams to drive cost efficiency improve financial visibility and support strategic decision-making across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will report into our Director of FP& ResponsibilitiesAnalyze manufacturing costs including labor materials and overhead to identify trends and cost-saving opportunitiesPartner with plant leadership to develop and manage budgets forecasts and variance analysesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency scrap and utilizationSupport monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes for manufacturing sitesDevelop financial models to support capital investments and process improvementsProvide insights into inventory management including valuation turnover and obsolescenceAssist in standard cost updates and margin analysis for product linesPrepare and present financial reports to senior leadershipEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field25 years of financial analysis experience preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of cost accounting and standard costing methodologiesAdvanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with operations and non-finance stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (health dental vision 401(k))Paid time off & HolidaysOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCollaborative and dynamic work environmentJob Type: Inside (sheltered) 100% Exempt Status / Full-time / Days Average Hours: 40 hours per weekCompensation Range: ($62150 - $82775)
