What Youll Do

• Own the financial planning and analysis function across a 42 unit multi-state cafe portfolio
  
• Build maintain and continuously improve financial models forecasts and budgets that support operational and strategic decision-making
  
• Analyze cafe-level and portfolio-wide P&L performance identifying trends variances and opportunities across revenue labor COGS and overhead
  
• Partner directly with operations leadership to translate financial data into actionable field-level insights
  
• Develop and present clear concise financial reporting packages for ownership and senior leadership on a regular cadence
  
• Support new cafe opening pro formas acquisition analysis and development pipeline financial modeling
  
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles across all markets
  
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance
  
• Identify cost reduction and margin improvement opportunities across the portfolio
  
• Work cross-functionally with operations HR and supply chain to ensure financial alignment across the organization
  

What You Bring

• 4 years of FP&A financial analysis or corporate finance experience multi-unit restaurant retail or franchise industry experience strongly preferred
  
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with restaurant or retail analytics platforms a plus
  
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights for non-finance audiences
  
• Experience supporting multi-unit P&L management and unit-level financial performance analysis
  
• Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced high-growth environment
  
• Strong communicator and collaborative partner who can work effectively across operations finance and ownership
  
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field required; MBA or CPA a plus
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset youre comfortable building processes not just maintaining them
