Job Summary
The Fountain Worker - Espresso is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced luxury coffee and quick-service environment. This role greets guests takes and prepares orders processes transactions and ensures all products are served according to Wynn and Forbes Five-Star service standards. The Fountain Worker maintains a clean organized work area assists with inventory and stocking and works collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and efficient guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly professional and personalized service to all guests while upholding Wynns service standards.
- Greet guests promptly answer questions regarding menu offerings and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve coffee espresso-based beverages teas and other menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Process cash credit card and other forms of payment accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure orders are prepared and delivered efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Complete opening closing and side work duties as assigned including cleaning stocking and equipment maintenance.
- Receive unload organize and properly store warehouse and vendor deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company local and state health regulations.
- Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to leadership.
- Work collaboratively with culinary stewarding and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items ingredients and beverage offerings.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English including reading and writing fluently in a professional manner.
- Minimum of one year of guest service experience preferably in a high-volume coffee shop quick-service restaurant café concession or similar food and beverage environment.
- Previous experience preparing espresso-based beverages preferred.
- Basic food and beverage knowledge required.
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating a Point of Sale (POS) system required.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service and quality standards.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses permits and work cards as required by local state and company regulations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
