Position Overview:
Artificial intelligence is transforming the world and High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) is at the center of that transformation. As a Senior or Staff Engineer on the Dry Etch R&D team you will play a key role in developing and scaling plasmabased etch processes that enable nextgeneration packaging technologies. This role offers deep technical ownership broad crossfunctional collaboration and the opportunity to influence longterm technology roadmaps from early research through highvolume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Collateral Acquisition & Access Control
- Coordinate secure download of foundry collateral (e.g. TSMC PDKs IP bundles) from approved channels
- Track delivery schedules and completeness of collateral versus plan
- Enforce NDA and access-control policies for restricted foundry data
PDK Installation & Environment Setup
- Install and configure PDKs rule decks models and libraries in standardized environments
- Align toolchain versions with foundry recommendations
- Maintain directory structures and environment setup for multi-node support
Validation & Testing (Core Responsibility)
- Complete PDK validation pipeline:
1. Smoke testing of end-to-end CAD flows
Regression testing versus prior PDK releases- Confirm that all validation checkpoints are satisfied before transferring to establish teams
