• Design and develop robust applications using Django and PostgreSQL for backend services.
• Build interactive user interfaces with TypeScript and React ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git and Slack to streamline development processes.
• Implement authentication solutions using Clerk and integrate ATS/HRIS functionalities with .
• Optimize application performance and reliability hosted on Render and Vercel.
• Utilize AI tooling such as Claude Code Cursor and ChatGPT to enhance development workflows.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of scalable systems while mentoring junior engineers.

• 510 years of experience in full-stack engineering with a strong focus on Django and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
• Experience with version control systems specifically Git.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience with AI tooling and integrations in development processes.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Graphite and Linear.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level B2B solutions and fintech applications.
