Solstice is building the industrys leading AI platform for generating compliant life sciences marketing content. Were looking for a Product Engineer to join our founding team and help design build and scale the core product experience end to end.

This role is ideal for someone who loves owning product problems and thrives at the intersection of engineering UX and product strategy. Youll work closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris as well as design AI and backend engineers to shape Solstice as we grow.

• Owning end-to-end product feature. From problem definition and technical design to implementation and launch

• Building intuitive high-quality user experiences using modern web technologies (NextJS)

• Developing product workflows that integrate AI outputs human review compliance logic and collaboration

• Partnering closely with backend and AI engineers to design scalable reliable systems

• Iterating quickly based on customer feedback and real-world usage

• Designing shipping and owning production-grade software in a regulated enterprise environment

Strong product engineering fundamentals
Experience building and shipping production systems ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.

Product mindset
