What You Will Do
- Design and develop mobile applications using React Native Swift and Kotlin to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that improve patient access to care.
- Write clean maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Integrate backend services built with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL to support mobile application functionality.
- Utilize TypeScript and for seamless frontend development and optimization.
- Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Monitor and optimize application performance ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3 years of experience in mobile software development with a strong focus on React Swift and Kotlin.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud services and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare applications and regulations.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance user experience in mobile applications.
Compensation and Benefits
