What You Will Do

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions from inception to completion ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors clients and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and identify opportunities in potential deals.
• Negotiate terms and structure agreements that maximize value for the company and its clients.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and execution.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 810 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions with a strong legal background in financial services or venture capital.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex transactions and negotiations.
• Deep understanding of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks within the industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.

Preferred

• Experience working in a startup environment or with early-stage companies.
• Familiarity with venture capital funding processes and financial modeling.
• Established network within the legal and financial services sectors.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $360K to $420K reflecting the seniority and expertise required. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing firm while being rewarded for your contributions.
