What You Will Do

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and improve efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of GTM efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ensuring alignment on business objectives and operational goals.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2 to 6 years of experience in operations or go-to-market roles within the software or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of implementing successful marketing and growth strategies in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across teams.

Preferred

• Experience in the defense or government sectors with an understanding of their unique operational challenges.

• Background in B2B marketing or sales operations particularly in a fast-paced startup setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $120K to $200K complemented by equity options between 0.1% and 0.5%. This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering team and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the industry.
