Founding FrontendUX Engineer

Solstice is building the industrys leading AI platform to help life sciences teams generate compliant marketing content. Were looking for a Front-end/UX engineer to join our founding team and help architect and deliver the end-to-end user experience for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and engineering has a deep appreciation for product polish and wants to shape how the next generation of AI-first tools serve biopharma teams. Beyond development you will be collaborating closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris on all facets of the startup as we grow Solstice in the coming years. Reach out to to learn more.

• Designing and building beautiful performant and responsive UIs using React TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.

• Creating real-time interactive product experiences that integrate AI insights user annotations and collaborative workflows.

• Working closely with backend and AI engineers to ensure seamless data flow and frontend/backend integration.

• Design ship and own production-level software from start to finish.

• Engineering chops. Relevant experience building systems & deploying enterprise-grade products

• Independent thinking. While we believe specific skills can be taught we need someone who has the ability to make decisions and drive results on their own.

• Frontend expertise. Strong experience with React TypeScript Tailwind CSS and modern frontend tooling.

• Bias toward action. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced ambiguous startup environment.

• Superb communication and collaboration skills. We believe in direct communication and willingness to provide as well as accept criticism.
