What You Will Do

• Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions tailored for the insurance sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications using TypeScript JavaScript Python and Go.
• Drive technical discussions and decisions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful integration of solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 48 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and deploying applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript JavaScript Python and Go with a strong understanding of software development best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
