Founding Engineer, Generalist

Join an early-stage AI company as a founding engineer building a geospatial intelligence platform. You will own systems end-to-end and help shape technical and product direction as the team grows.

• Own platform modules from architecture through production deployment.
• Build and improve data ingestion pipelines spatial computation layers agent orchestration and product surfaces.
• Ship production software quickly while balancing technical quality product intuition and customer outcomes.
• Identify technical gaps independently and propose and deliver what the system needs next.
• Work closely with the founder to shape early technical and product direction.

• At least 3 years of experience shipping production systems as a software engineer.
• Full-stack experience building and owning production systems across backend and frontend.
• Fluency with current AI and software technologies.
• Experience taking initiative in a startup or early-stage environment.
• Production experience with data ingestion spatial computation or agent orchestration and familiarity with geospatial or spatial data systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States through an H-1B transfer.
• Applied AI research compelling side projects competitive programming or other evidence of strong technical ability is valued.

Base salary: $150000 to $350000 annually. H-1B transfers only; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.
