What You Will Do

• Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing potential clients in the government and defense sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of our clients solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales strategies that meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral to support growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 0-5 years of experience in sales preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to engage with clients and articulate complex solutions in a compelling manner.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and innovation.

Preferred

• Experience in the defense or government sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI and software development concepts.
• Prior experience in a startup environment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $90K to $120K complemented by equity between 0.1% and 0.5%. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering team and make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
