• Drive sales initiatives by engaging with global accounts to promote and sell innovative financial solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Utilize your expertise in Web3 and REST API to articulate the value of the companys offerings to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.
• Report on sales metrics and performance to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

• 3-6 years of experience in a sales role within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in a startup environment particularly in a founding or early-stage role.
• Familiarity with stablecoin technology and its applications in financial services.
• A network of contacts within the fintech industry to leverage for business development.
