• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic operational initiatives.

• 26 years of experience in operations business strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of utilizing data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey complex information.

• Experience in a startup environment particularly within the fintech or software development sectors.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business operations.
• Previous involvement in financial modeling or reporting processes.
